Wettermuseum – Museum für Meteorologie & Aerologie

The Wettermuseum is the only one of its kind in Germany, and collects and preserves everything in connection with meteorology, in particular also the history of aerology, inter alia the big dragons who carried measuring instruments into the free atmosphere at the end of the 19th century until the Second World War. Of course, the devices that later took over these tasks, radiosonde and weather satellites are also shown.
