Museum Strom und Leben

Recklinghausen

"Electricity in every device". What was an advertising promise 90 years ago is today's everyday life. The story tells the Museum of Electricity and Life in 1928 built substation Recklinghausen on 2.500sqm. Trademark of the house are the many touchable objects such as giant plasma balls, a 100-year tram, old household appliances and "historical" video games such as "Ping" and "Tetris".
