Museum der Moderne Salzburg

The Museum der Moderne Salzburg consists of two houses. In a prominent location on the Mönchsberg above the rooftops of the old town the new building opened in 2004 is located and presents contemporary and modern art in one of the most beautiful squares in Salzburg. The second location is the Rupertinum, a baroque old town house with a façade designed by Friedensreich Hundertwasser.
