Ägyptisches Museum der Universität Bonn

Bonn

The Ägyptisches Museum der Universität Bonn (Egyptian Museum of the University of Bonn) was opened in March 2001. In the center of the city, wonderfully located in a 300 square meter hall in the baroque Koblenz Gate, visitors can familiarize themselves with around 3000 objects from Ancient Egypt. As a "laboratory of appropriation", the museum wants to encourage various groups of recipients to engage with the pharaonic culture.
